You can book a private party at The Bear. And you can order an ice cream cake. Or you can skip the party and just order the cake. Or, or you could just say it’s a party, order 50 pints of ice cream and live your best life. Up to you.
Parties
We rent out the ice cream garden at our East High location from 11 am-12 pm, Tuesday-Sunday. Our fee for celebrations is $100 plus $100 minimum ice cream purchase. This includes private access to the garden (guests are welcome to stay beyond 12 pm), 2 dedicated staff members, and all needed ice cream supplies (including candles/plates for cakes). There is no outside food fee for food ordered from our neighbors (including Hogwaller Brewing and Fabio’s Pizza), who offer excellent group ordering options. For bulk off-site event orders, we offer ice cream sandwiches ($8), pints ($10), ice cream cakes ($50), and 2-gallon scooping tubs ($75). Please reach out to place an order.
